Spring Banquet

The purpose of the Spring Banquet is to have a social time together, getting to know all our members that make up the various memberships, and to honor skaters who have made achievements during the year in competitions, US Figure Skating tests, etc., as well as volunteers and coaches who have assisted in making the skating season successful.

The 2012 banquet was held March 24, at Chicago's Pizza.  Club members, coaches, as well as potential new members, were invited and encouraged to attend.  Our spring general membership meeting was conducted while enjoying lunch.  Officers and board members were voted on for the coming season.  Awards and certificates were presented to many of our skaters for accomplishments during the season. 

  The Laughlin Award winner is also announced during the banquet.  The award this year is given to Rebecca Updike!
