Test fee must accompany application. |

Application must be received no later
than seven (7) days before the test session, unless otherwise
noted. |

NO refunds will be made after deadline
for the application. |

Test positions will be
filled on a
first come - first serve basis, with preference given to
Sycamore Club members. |

Non-SISC members must have written
permission from their home club which can be attached to the
application, or given to the test chairman the day of the test. |

A $20 guest fee will be charged to non-SISC
members. (waived for members of Indiana Council member clubs.) |

b. |
A $3 fee will be assessed for each skater to
cover food expenses for the judges. (waived for SISC members
donating food.) |
|
c. |
SISC reserves the right to assess additional
monies should the club incur increased fees due to overnight
lodging and/or transportation fees for judges. |
