Despite the pandemic and the havoc it has caused all of us, Sycamore ISC and Perry Park Ice Rink are back in business. Perry has been opening in stages to make sure the users stay safe, and SISC has been meeting as a club, but soon will welcome back our LTSer’s as well. The park is limited in the maximum numbers of skaters on the ice, and masks are being required in the building and on the ice, so be advised if you come to skate. On Saturday, March 14, all programming at Perry Park was canceled through April 5 per the city of Indianapolis. Indy Parks later announced the temporary closure of all facilities as the department takes steps to ensure the health and well-being of customers and employees. With the rink’s season ending early, Sycamore ISC board members issued refunds to families who had already paid for group lessons and club ice.
