We recommend not having the rink sharpen your skates. Marty Storm is available for skate sharpening. You can call him at 317-259-1819 to make arrangements.
Beginning in January 2016, he will sharpen skates for $12 and mount blades to boots for $15.
How often your skates need to be sharpened depends on how hard or soft the ice is and how many hours per week you are skating. Ask a coach if you are unsure.
