Favorite skating memory: My fondest skating memory was landing my first axel. I had been working on it for such a long time, and all of the work certainly paid off.
Why do you like skating? I like skating because you can see your own progress. Learning something new is very exciting and rewarding because you feel the results of your hours of practice. The club is always there supporting each other on and off the ice. The Sycamore ISC cheering section at competitions is the best!
Fun fact: I play soccer for Roncalli High School, and I have been skating with my coach, Elizabeth, for seven years.
